Now..we Leeds ladies may mock our Western City ladies...what with their rollers in their hair by day teamed aptly with a brightly coloured Juicy velour with matching bright orange-a-tang 'tan' and palette of paint..I mean make-up caked on...anyways, they definitely have their own style! In fact when I was over there for the Easter weekend I noticed this little edition in a city centre newsagent...

The Root...

Well well! It's about time I got blogging as I spend so much of my day thinking and talking about fashion to the bore of the non-appreciative of fashion...such as my work colleagues and in particular my boyfriend!

Here's my chance to reach out to a new world and capture the attention of like-minded individuals or those in need of style and inspiration and basically to be in the know-how...as Jean Pierre White says on the advert..'it's easy when you knorr how!''...anyway my blog page is not about food...although I may mention it from time to time (as it is another one of the loves of my life (in moderation)...the difference with fashion is that you actually lose pounds as opposed to gain them whilst indulging!! I am going to try and help you save those pennies though and still nab your most wanted purchases however, I can't help you on the waistline..except just tell you to get shopping and trying lovely garments on to burn up those cals!

There is so much I want to get down in this opening prose but I will unveil more about me as time goes by. I believe I am the parallel of what Carrie Bradshaw writes about love in SATC as I bang on and on about fashion...that's not to say I know more than SJP as she could easily write about both hand in hand!!
